Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes! You can switch at any time. When moving to annual, you'll receive a prorated credit. When moving to monthly, the change takes effect at your next renewal.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll automatically retry your payment over 14 days with email notifications. You have a grace period to update your payment method. After all retries fail, your account will be suspended (but data retained for 90 days).
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (the highest security certification). Your card information never touches our servers—it's handled entirely by Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime through your account settings or the customer portal. Your access continues through the end of your paid period.
